On site since 2019
Brain Yapı Mühendislik was founded in Gaziantep in 2019. We are a construction and contracting company carrying out infrastructure and building works.
We work as main contractor on projects tendered by public institutions, and take on parts of larger projects as a subcontractor to major contractors. Whatever our role, we approach the work the same way: to the scope, schedule and quality written in the contract.
Alongside road construction and paving, excavation and controlled blasting, sewer and stormwater lines, engineering structures and landscaping, we build public and social buildings. Our own engineers handle structural and architectural design, quantity surveying, progress payments and final accounts.

Safety first
Everyone who goes on site goes home safe. Protective equipment, training and daily site checks are part of the job, not an afterthought.

Keeping to schedule
We prepare the work programme with the contract and follow it every week. If we see a risk of delay, we tell the client in advance.

Built to the drawings
We build every item to its drawings, technical specification and standards — and we measure and record it.

Transparent payments
We prepare quantities and progress payments from the work actually done on site, together with the client.

Respect for neighbours
We keep the site in order and keep dust, noise and traffic disruption to a minimum. We hand over a clean site when the job is done.

Survey and quotation
We inspect the site and the drawings, take off the quantities and prepare our quotation.

Contract
Scope, schedule and price are agreed; the work programme and site set-up are planned.

Site set-up
The site is taken over; surveys and setting-out are done, the team and machinery move in.

Construction
Work proceeds to the drawings and specification, with regular progress reporting.

When the work is complete, it is inspected on site with the client and handed over.
